✅ 1-Year Warranty — No Questions Asked

Your purchase is protected by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
If your diffuser stops working due to a manufacturing defect or functional failure, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.

🛠️ What’s Covered:

• Internal malfunctions or failure of components

• Power or charging issues

• LED or mist performance failure

• Any functional defects not caused by misuse

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage, drops, or water submersion

• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)

• Damage caused by using non-compatible oils or adapters

🔁 7-Day Replacement or Refund Window

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll issue a full replacement or refund after verifying the issue. Photos or short videos may be required for validation.
